After spending more than 40 years in the Big Firm environment, Grant opened his own practice and found true happiness. No longer encumbered by Big Firm conflicts of interest, administrative obligations and firm politics, he is greatly enjoying a dynamic practice both as a trial lawyer and as a mediator and arbitrator in alternate dispute resolutions. During his career, Grant has tried or handled almost every conceivable kind of commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, and served as a mediator and arbitrator. A list of his cases spans everything from simple breach of contract disputes to complex class actions. Grant was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1983. |
