PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Grant Cook represents clients in general civil and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate level. He focuses his practice on lender liability claims, securities fraud, energy contract disputes, professional liability, shareholder derivative actions, hostile takeovers, general contract disputes, common law fraud, business torts, libel and slander, intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, construction litigation, and partnership disputes.   He has served in arbitrations conducted by the American Arbitration Association in the role of both neutral and party arbitrator.  He also has conducted mediations, after completing the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center Mediation Course at the University of Houston in 2003.
